What if I have a medical condition or I’m pregnant?
Once again, we do not have any particular restrictions on the tours – but we do ask you to remember that strobe lighting may be used along with smoke machines and horror effects. If you are epileptic or have a heart condition, please consider whether this entertainment is suitable for you. Most of all remember: WE AIM TO SCARE YOU! At this point they will offer you the opportunity to turn back and get a full refund. If you decide to continue beyond this point and become too scared, you will not be allowed even a partial refund. You may turn back at any time and one of the venue guides will return you to safety.
